Originally from St. Thomas ON, Joseph relocated to Windsor & participated in group art shows, including juried shows at AGW & several solo exhibits. He was awarded The Windsor Harbour Commission Painting prize for scenes depicting Windsor's waterfront. This began his longstanding interest in painting subjects on or near the river. Joseph captures the picturesque moments of Windsor’s bustling commerce and incredible shoreline scenery, in both oil and watercolour.

 

His paintings are included in collections in both Canada and the USA.
