Four : Eleven Pottery

Lindsay Marr creates wheel thrown pottery in her tiny studio in Windsor, Ontario. Her one of a kind pieces are high fired using stoneware clay and glazed by hand using a variety of techniques.

Drawing inspiration from her Roma heritage, gothic art and the galaxies, her works convey a modern and mystical aesthetic.

Experimenting with surface design and creating brighter and bolder glazes is the most exciting part of her process.

Lindsay has attended courses at Haliburton School of Art & Design and Pewabic Education Studio in Detroit, Michigan.
