 Shirley Williams is a full-time award-winning artist. She is best known for her multi-layered abstract paintings inspired by the organic rhythms of nature.

She combines textured layers of colour to create vibrational fields of energy on the surface of her work. The imagery evokes thoughts of horizons and nature.

Her intention is to share with the viewer, her energetic feelings that arise while painting. She enjoys gradually working on several paintings at a time over the course of weeks, working on tables, the floor, and the walls of her studio.

Williams’ art has been exhibited across North America to international acclaim. Her work can be found locally in many major corporate, private, and public collections.
