Alexandra E. Tataru, MA, is a Romanian artist who has made Canada her home. She was recognized as remarkably talented by age 9, and was enrolled in an art institute for early training, focusing solely on visual art and design. She then received a scholarship to study at the University of Salamanca in Spain.
Alexandra enjoys working with various mediums, including oil, acrylic, pastel, and gold leaf, often focusing on cityscapes and portraiture that highlight the vibrancy of ethnic cultures and the dynamic energies of people and places. Her extensive travels have enriched her understanding of diverse cultures, significantly impacting her artistic creations.
