Call for Submissions Update
Ordering a Canvas
Thank you to all of the artists who have purchased canvases and panels to participate in this year's THIRTY x THIRTY Show!
We have run out of materials to build more canvases and are waiting on an order to arrive. This may result in a very short amount of painting time for those of you who would like to purchase a canvas and submit a painting by submission week, which is August 11th to 15th. If you would still like to order a canvas, please called the gallery at 519-945-2222.
Hours are Tuesday to Friday 10-6, and Saturday 10-4.
Contracts
All participating artists will receive their contracts via email, closer to the date of the show. We do not put a downloadable contract on the website.
Early Submissions
If you need to submit your artwork before August 11th, please email Dianne at dianne@nancyjohns.com and we will make arrangements.
Submission Guidelines - Important Reminders
You must be a resident of Windsor/Essex County to participate.
All artwork must be dry to the touch when dropped off - no exceptions!
There will be a maximum listing price of $3000 per piece.
You don’t need a hanger on the back.
The artwork has to be signed on the back with full name printed clearly.
The artwork has to be for sale when it’s in the show.
The artwork cannot be framed.
No "adult only" subject matter will be accepted.
Please paint the artwork in a traditional square shape (no diamonds).
Weight of artwork can not exceed 14 pounds.
All artwork must come from a smoke free environment.
